ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by an accredited certification body. Its application covers the entire production cycle: material acceptance, CNC machining, inspection, packaging, and shipment.
Upon request, we provide a copy of the certificate and its scope of accreditation. For projects subject to specific requirements, we prepare dedicated control plans and customized reporting.
Dimensional Inspection and Metrology
We apply control plans for initial sampling, in-process inspections, and final inspections. All measuring equipment is managed through a calibration register with certificates traceable to national standards.
  • Equipment: Calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, plug gauges, height gauges; CMM for 3D inspections when required.
  • Process capability: Cp/Cpk studies on critical characteristics and MSA for key measuring instruments.
  • Reporting: Inspection reports available upon customer request, including PPAP / FAI when required.

Each production batch is uniquely identified and traceable from incoming receipt through to shipment. We document delivery notes, material certificates, control plans, and inspection reports.

In the event of non-conformities, we manage root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured methodologies.
Continuous Improvement
We measure performance through KPIs such as OTD, scrap rate (ppm), setup times, and OEE. We carry out internal audits, periodic training, and planned maintenance.

Customer feedback is systematically analyzed and drives corrective and preventive actions to continuously enhance quality.
