- Supported formats: STEP/STP (preferred, closed solid), IGES/IGS, dimensioned DWG/DXF, technical PDF
- Limits: maximum 5 files, 25 MB each; alternatively, a single .zip file up to 50 MB
- File naming: Client_Project_Code_Version (e.g. ACME_Box_1234_v02)
- Please specify in the message: materials, quantities, tolerances, surface treatments and desired delivery time
- Indicate any inspection or quality report requirements (e.g. material certificates, CMM inspection reports)
