CNC Turning and Milling Services
Custom Manufacturing to Drawing: prototypes and small-to-large batch production, tight tolerances, ISO 9001 quality control.
Materials: carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass, engineering plastics.
Precision CNC Turning

We manufacture CNC-turned components from bar stock and from second operations, using 2–8 axis CNC lathes equipped with sub-spindle and live tooling. Ideal for shafts, bushings, fittings, lock nuts, and complex precision components.

Capabilities:
  • Bar capacity: up to Ø 100 mm
  • Second operation: up to Ø 300 mm

Typical tolerances: IT7–IT9; on request up to ±0.01 mm
Batch sizes: from prototypes to small and medium series

Materials:
  • Steels C45 / 39NiCrMo3
  • Stainless steels AISI 303 / 304 / 316
  • Aluminum 6082 / 7075
  • Brass CW614N
  • Engineering plastics

Lead times:
  • Prototypes: 3–7 working days
  • Series production: 1–3 weeks depending on workload

CAD/CAM programming, fast tooling setups, and statistical process control ensure high repeatability and consistent quality.

High-Efficiency CNC Milling

3- and 4-Axis Continuous CNC Milling on machining centers with HSM (High-Speed Machining) for light alloys and high material removal strategies for steels

Machine travels:
  • X: up to 1000 mm
  • Y: 500 mm
  • Z: 500 mm

  • Typical tolerances: ±0.02 mm; flatness within 0.03 mm / 300 mm
  • Surface finishes: Ra 1.6–3.2 μm (improved finishes available on request)

Features:
  • Modular fixturing systems and probing for fast setup and zeroing
  • CAM programming, HSM tooling, optimized coolant strategies, and in-process control

Lead times:
  • Prototypes: 4–8 working days
  • Series production: 1–3 weeks depending on workload

Machined Materials and Finishes
Machinable materials: carbon and alloy steels; austenitic and martensitic stainless steels; aluminum 5083 / 6082 / 7075; brass; copper; and engineering plastics (POM, PA6, PTFE; PEEK subject to evaluation).
Machinability notes: during the DFM phase, we recommend realistic minimum radii, wall thicknesses, threads, and tolerances to reduce lead times and overall costs.
Finishing services via certified partners:

FAQ
Which file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, Parasolid, DWG/DXF, and dimensioned PDFs. Please specify units of measure and CAD versions whenever possible.

What production volumes can you handle?

From single prototypes up to 500+ parts; for higher volumes, we evaluate dedicated manufacturing solutions.

What tolerances can I specify?

Typically ±0.02 mm for milling and ±0.01–0.02 mm for turning, depending on geometry and material. Please clearly indicate critical tolerances on the drawing.

What are your standard lead times?

Prototypes: 3–8 working days; Series production: 1–3 weeks

How do you manage finishing and assembly?

We coordinate surface finishes and heat treatments with certified partners and, if required, provide light assembly with final inspection.
